Dalyla is an Atlanta born and raised theatre-maker (performer, poet, playwright, director, dramaturg, and overall story lover). Cultural anthropology roots combined with a natural zeal for developing community through story find cadence in the theatre-making process . With professional ventures nationally and abroad in Haiti, Holland, and Australia, her work always returns to the love of the global community, curious compassion, and a good story. Her local support ranges from neighbor to practitioner to proud board member serving the Atlanta Green Theatre Alliance and Working Title Playwrights where she supports our local creative communities to practice sustainable arts advocacy.

  • Mia Jones-Moore (She/her)

    SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

    Mia Jones-Moore is a recent graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, specializing in Illustration, Conceptual Art, and Brand Management. As a member of HTD&Company, she excels in Social Media Management, leveraging her creative skills to enhance brand presence. Mia is also poised to take the fourth leading member on the PCB Multi-Media project, which aims to reimagine "Peps! Cola Bitch" through an engaging digital game format. Her passion for innovative storytelling and brand development drives her commitment to delivering impactful, dynamic content.

  • Sofia Palmero (They/She)

    EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    Educator, Assistant, Wordsmith, Artist

    Sofia is a deeply curious, multidisciplinary professional who is sharply skilled in communication, both written and verbal, and believes in its ability to facilitate collaboration and efficiency. Sofia approached their work with intention, honesty, and curiosity and seeks to combine her ample technical, social, and communicative prowess to assist teams in achieving their goals.

  • Jessica Goode (She/Her)

    CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER (COO)

    Jess Goode brings a wealth of experience spanning corporate and non-profit sectors. With a BS in Business Management from Georgia Southwestern State University, Jess has held roles such as Credit Associate at Ally Financial and volunteer manager at City Year Jacksonville. She is also the founder of Goode Strokes Swim School serving underserved communities. Jess has led corporate team-building trainings, managed hundreds of staff and volunteers alongside the offices of President George Bush, President Barack Obama, and President Bill Clinton.

    Dalyla McGee, founder of HTD Consulting Group, leverages over a decade of experience in fundraising and cultural translation to empower clients for sustainable impact. With a background in Anthropology & Theatre from Emory University, she has successfully led global NGOs, small non-profits, and creatives in impactful philanthropic efforts.

  • Yani Davis (She/her)

    LEAD PRODUCER: PCB FOR EARS, THE ALBUM

    In her sought-after role as an internationally recognized Performance Artist and Creative Flow Strategist, Rev. Iyana “YaNi” Davis, is affectionately known as the PeacePastor, she is the mastermind behind the Peace People's Movement, which seeks to bring people together using hip-hop, healing, and wholeness as instruments of activation. YaNi has traveled the world as a teaching artist, motivational speaker, poet/musician and educator. As a performer, she has headlined for music powerhouses like Janelle Monae, PJ Morton, Jars of Clay, Bone Crusher, Jay Holiday, and Dwele, to name a few.

  • Cupcake Rapture Studios

    LEAD PRODUCER: PCB FOR SCREEN, THE DOCUMENTARY

    Cupcake Rapture Studios LLC was established by Leland and Phaedra Benford, two Full Sail University
    graduates with a passion for content creation and a focus on amplifying the voices in their community.
    Leland is an established film editor with over 10 years of experience editing feature films, short-form content, commercial content, and music videos. Phaedra is a focused film and content producer that can carry your projects from inception to completion. As a script reader, Phaedra is thorough and creative, pulling on several years of experience reading for film festivals, independent writers, and - most recently - ScreenPlayReaders.Com and Natflix.

  • LEAD PRODUCER TEAM: PCB FOR STAGE, THE STAGEPLAY

    K. PARKER - Director (right) Parker (she/her) is a producer, director, and writer. Parker has produced works with the help of several local theatre companies including but not limited to, Kenny Leon’s True Colors Theatre Company, The Alliance, Actor’s Express, and Synchronicity Theatre. Parker is extremely passionate about the development of new work and very excited to be helping revolutionize the landscape of the America theatre as we know it with The Drinking Gourd.

    AMANDA WASHINGTON - Intimacy Choreographer (center). Amanda Washington is a cultural worker, director, and intimacy choreographer. She currently works as the Associate Artistic Director at Actor’s Express theatre in Atlanta, focusing on community engagement. Select directing credits include cullud wattahSunset BabyBlues for an Alabama Sky, and Everybody. She has been Assistant Faculty for Theatrical Intimacy Education for three years.

  • Tameia Anderson (She/Her)

    EXECUTIVE PRODUCER (PCB Multi-media Suite)

    Tamiea, a multi-hyphenate from Atlanta, GA, thrives in artistry that’s varied and overlapping. As a movement coach, creative director, stage manager, and producer, she specializes in developing projects from concept to execution. A Howard University graduate, her work spans BET, Grammarly, Home Depot, and more, including the award-winning short film "The Moon May Cry."

  • Joseph Crawford

    ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

    Joseph Crawford, raised in rural Alabama, was introduced to theater early by his family. He honed his artistic skills from childhood through college in a resource-scarce environment. After college, he expanded into sculpture and lighting design. Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Joseph continues to create impactful stories through his multidisciplinary artistic endeavors.

  • Jessyca Holland

    Associate Consultant

    Jessyca has over twenty years of working in the arts and culture field. In 2010, Jessyca co-founded C4 Atlanta, a nationally recognized non-profit arts service organization. During her tenure at C4, Jessyca built and managed programs reaching thousands of artists yearly. In addition to her nonprofit work, Jessyca advocates for artists, the arts field, and community development that spurs economic resilience, nurtures healthy communities, and promotes equity. Jessyca holds a BA in Theatre, a Master of Library Media, and a Master of Public Administration (focus area: Planning & Economic Development) as a graduate candidate. In 2021, Jessyca founded Opportunity Arts, a firm to support the American creative economy.

  • Taylor Jackson

    Associate Consultant

    Taylor, a graduate of the University of Arizona with a B.A. in Art History and a Marketing minor, is a client-focused consultant passionate about crafting impactful brand experiences. As the founder of Taylord Marketing, she excels in blending design, copywriting, and web practices to create customer-centric strategies. With a natural eye for design and a knack for building valuable relationships, Taylor thrives in brainstorming fresh ideas, managing deliverables, and promoting organizations she represents while inspiring dynamic connections with diverse audiences.

  • Novelle Leach

    SENIOR PARTNER

    Novelle Leach, with a BS in Psychology from Georgia State University, excels in fundraising and community engagement. She significantly surpassed $1M targets managing the Combined Federal Campaign and previously facilitated sector-wide funding at Global Impact. Novelle also supports social impact projects, including the Rumdowne Podcast and BRITE Initiative in Haiti.

  • Jazmine McDonald

    Associate Consultant

    Jazmine is a passionate advocate for community empowerment and social innovation, with a talent for fostering inclusion and driving meaningful impact. With a B.A. in History from Georgia Gwinnett College, she has led over 30 transformative events, spearheaded advocacy as President of the Black Student Union, and coordinated impactful J-1 visa exchange programs. Her expertise spans research on marginalized communities, creative media production, and conflict resolution, combined with a knack for managing complex projects. Jazmine’s dedication to diversity, equity, and creative problem-solving makes her an invaluable force for advancing HTD & Consulting’s mission of amplifying underrepresented voices and achieving bold solutions.

  • Tasha Tavaras

    Associate Consultant

    Tasha Tavaras is a photographer and arts administrator with over 10 years’ experience in assisting non-profit organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and a Master of Business Design and Arts Leadership from the Savannah College of Art and Design. For the past 6 years she has served the Fulton County Arts community as a Contract Specialist for the Fulton County Department of Arts and Cultures Contracts for Services program, distributing over 3 Million dollars a year to local artists and arts organizations through yearly grants. When she is not working for the arts community, you can find her at home with her husband and 4 cats or with her hands in the dirt, gardening.

Known for her strategic vision and equity-focused approach, Dalyla drives sustainable growth and impactful, community-centered solutions.
